Stadl-Paura is a municipality in the Austrian state of Upper Austria. It is located in the district of Wels-Land.
The municipality is divided between two of Upper Austria's traditional quarters: roughly half of its area lies in the Hausruckviertel and the other half in the Traunviertel. Officially, however, the entire district of Wels-Land is considered part of the Hausruckviertel.
