Zöbern is a town in the district of Neunkirchen, in the Austrian state of Lower Austria. It lies in the eastern part of Austria, within the federal province that surrounds Vienna.
The town is administratively part of the Neunkirchen district, one of Lower Austria's districts in its southern region. As a municipality, it is one of the smaller communities within that district.
