Trattenbach is a village in Austria, located in the state of Lower Austria. It lies within the industrial quarter (Industrieviertel) of Lower Austria, the region south of Vienna.
The village covers a total area of 30.91 square kilometres (11.93 square miles), of which 81.31 percent is forested. This extensive woodland cover is the settlement's most notable geographic characteristic.
