Pressbaum is a town in the district of St. Pölten-Land, in the Austrian state of Lower Austria. It lies in the eastern part of the state, within the Vienna Woods (Wienerwald) region west of Vienna.
The town is part of the St. Pölten-Land district, one of the administrative districts that make up Lower Austria. As a municipality in this district, it belongs to the broader St. Pölten area rather than to the neighbouring districts closer to Vienna.
