Paudorf is a town in the district of Krems-Land, in the Austrian state of Lower Austria. It lies in the northeastern part of the country, within the Krems-Land administrative district, whose seat is the city of Krems an der Donau.
As a municipality of Lower Austria, Paudorf belongs to one of the country's nine federal states. The district of Krems-Land surrounds but does not include the statutory city of Krems an der Donau, which forms its own separate district.
