Hirtenberg is a town in the Lower Austria region of Austria, with a population of approximately 2,500 inhabitants. It lies near Baden bei Wien.
The river Triesting runs along the town's southern border. The valley of the Triesting, coming from the Vienna Woods, joins the Vienna Basin at Hirtenberg.
