Drasenhofen is a municipality in the district of Mistelbach in the Austrian state of Lower Austria. It lies in the country's northeast, directly on the border with the Czech Republic.
Its position on the national frontier is the settlement's defining geographic feature, placing it at the edge of Austria rather than at the centre of the region. The municipality is administratively grouped within Mistelbach district, one of the districts that make up Lower Austria.
Plans call for the Austrian A5 Nordautobahn, running from Vienna, to connect with the Czech D52 motorway, a link that would tie Drasenhofen into a continuous north-south route across the border.
