Arroyo Seco is a city in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It is located on the western shore of the Paraná River. The city takes its name from a neighbouring creek.
According to the 2010 census conducted by INDEC, Arroyo Seco has about 20,000 inhabitants.
The city can be reached by National Route 9, Provincial Route 21, and the Nuevo Central Argentino railway line.
