Guernica is a localidad (town) in Presidente Perón Partido, in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. It serves as the administrative centre of the partido, the local government district in which it is located.
The town lies on the outskirts of the Greater Buenos Aires urban conurbation, roughly 30 kilometres from the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. Its position places it within the metropolitan area's outer ring rather than in the central city.
