Vrinë is a village located in Vlorë County in southern Albania. It was formerly part of the Xarrë municipality before being incorporated into Konispol municipality during the 2015 local government reform.
The village is situated in a region characterized by Albania's southwestern coastal and mountainous terrain. Like many settlements in Vlorë County, Vrinë reflects the administrative reorganization that reshaped local governance throughout Albania in the mid-2010s.
