Lukovë is a village and a former municipality in Vlorë County, in southern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Himarë. At the 2011 census, its population was 2,916.
The settlement is located in the coastal south of the country, within the wider Himarë area, a part of Albania known for its position along the Ionian Sea. As a former municipality that was merged into Himarë, Lukovë now forms one of the administrative units of that municipality.
