Blerim is a village and former municipality in Shkodër County, in northern Albania. It lies within the wider Pukë region. Following the 2015 local government reform, Blerim ceased to be a municipality in its own right and became a subdivision of the municipality of Fushë-Arrëz.
At the 2011 census, the population of Blerim was recorded as 913. The settlement is a small rural community, and its administrative status changed from that of an independent municipality to a subdivision under the larger Fushë-Arrëz authority as part of Albania's territorial reforms.
