Progër is a village and former municipality in Korçë County, in south-eastern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Devoll.
At the 2011 census, Progër had a population of 3,988. The municipal unit comprises eight villages: Progër, Mançurisht, Cangonj, Pilur, Vranisht, Bickë, Rakickë, and Shyec.
