Mollaj is a village and a former municipality in Korçë County, in southeastern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Korçë rather than an independent municipality.
The municipal unit of Mollaj comprises five villages: Mollaj itself, along with Floq, Pulahë, Ujë Bardhë and Kamenicë. At the 2011 census, the population of the municipal unit was 3,438.
