Çarçovë is a village and municipal unit in Gjirokastër County in southern Albania. It is also a former municipality, meaning it once functioned as a local administrative unit before Albania's territorial reforms consolidated such units into larger municipalities.
The settlement lies in the country's mountainous south, within the wider Gjirokastër region. As a municipal unit, it forms part of the local government structure that groups smaller villages and settlements for administrative purposes.
Beyond its status as a village, municipal unit and former municipality, few other details are firmly established in readily available sources. It should not be confused with other places bearing similar names elsewhere in the Balkans.
