Tregan is a village and a former municipality in Elbasan County, central Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Elbasan. At the 2011 census, its population was 3,036.
The municipal unit of Tregan consists of the villages of Blerimas, Bizhdan, Çikallesh, Gurisht, Kaçivel, Kyçyk, Muçan, Shinavlash, Shilbater, Trepsenisht, Tudan and Tregan itself.
A small inhabited place in the village is called Cekrezi, the Albanian name for Circassians. Circassians are said to have inhabited the region after the Circassian genocide; since then they have either been fully assimilated into the Albanian population or have migrated elsewhere.
