Stëblevë is a village and former municipality in Elbasan County in eastern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Librazhd. Its population was recorded as 809 at the 2011 census.
The municipal unit of Stëblevë comprises the villages of Borovë, Llangë, Moglicë, Prodan, Sebisht, Steblevë and Zabzun. The settlement of Stëblevë itself serves as one of these constituent villages within the unit.
