Pishaj is a village and a former municipality in Elbasan County, in central Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Gramsh.
At the 2011 census, Pishaj had a population of 4,906. The settlement is located in the central part of the country within Elbasan County.
