Librazhd is a town and the seat of a municipality located in the Elbasan County region of southeast Albania. The municipality covers a total area of 793.99 km² (306.56 sq mi).
The current administrative structure was established during the 2015 local government reform, which merged several former municipalities—including Hotolisht, Lunik, Orenjë, Polis, Qendër Librazhd, and Stëblevë—into a single municipality. As of the 2023 census, the population of the specific municipal unit of Librazhd is 6,787, while the total population for the entire municipality is 23,312.
