Hotolisht is a village and a former municipality in Elbasan County, eastern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Librazhd.
The municipal unit of Hotolisht comprises the villages of Buzgare, Dardhe, Hotolisht, Kokreve, Vehcan, Vulcan and Xhyre. At the 2011 census, the population of the unit was 5,706.
