Zerqan is a village and a former municipality in Dibër County, in eastern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality Bulqizë rather than functioning as an independent municipality.
At the 2011 census, the population of Zerqan was recorded as 4,111. The settlement lies within Dibër County, one of the country's administrative regions in the eastern part of Albania.
