Macukull is a village and a former municipality in northern Albania. It is located in the Burrel County region, and following the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality of Mat.
At the 2011 census, Macukull had a population of 1,565. The settlement is one of several former municipalities in the area that were consolidated into Mat as part of Albania's territorial and administrative reorganization.
