Vërtop is a village and a former municipality in Berat County, in central Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality of Poliçan.
At the 2011 census, Vërtop had a population of 4,919. The settlement is located in the Berat County region, an area of central Albania.
