Kutalli is a village and former municipality located in Berat County in central Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was incorporated as a subdivision of the municipality of Dimal, ending its status as an independent municipality.
According to the 2011 census, Kutalli had a population of 9,643 residents. The village is ethnically diverse, inhabited by both Albanians and Aromanians.
