Renfrew is a village located in the parish of Saint George in Antigua and Barbuda. The settlement is situated on the island of Antigua, part of the dual-island nation in the eastern Caribbean.
According to the 2011 census, Renfrew had a population of 370 people. As a small village within Saint George parish, it forms part of the local communities that comprise Antigua and Barbuda's rural settlements.
