Zwide is a location situated in South Africa. While it serves as a geographic point within the country, it is also associated with the historical figure Zwide kaLanga.
Zwide kaLanga was a prominent leader who served as the king of the Ndwandwe (Nxumalo) nation from approximately 1805 to around 1820. He was the son of Langa KaXaba, who was also a Nxumalo king.
