Willow Spring is an unincorporated community situated in the United States, spanning southeastern Wake County and western Johnston County in North Carolina. It is located geographically between the towns of Garner and Fuquay-Varina.
The area features a shared post office and is characterized by natural landmarks including Black Creek, which is part of the Neuse River system. The surrounding landscape includes various wetlands, specifically swamps and marshes. Historically significant sites in the community include the Frank and Mary Smith House and the Turner and Amelia Smith House, both of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
