Zeerust

Zeerust is a commercial town located in the Ngaka Modiri Molema district of South Africa's North West Province. It is situated in the Marico valley, approximately 240 kilometres northwest of Johannesburg.

The town lies on the N4, which serves as the primary road link between South Africa and Botswana. The surrounding region is characterized by large cattle ranches and diverse agricultural operations producing wheat, maize, tobacco, and citrus fruit. Additionally, the vicinity contains fluorite and chromite mines, while tourism is an emerging industry in the area.
