Mankweng, also known as Turfloop, is a university township situated in the Capricorn District Municipality within South Africa's Limpopo province. It serves as the primary location for the University of Limpopo.
The name Mankweng or Turfloop is used as the de facto designation for the neighborhoods surrounding both the township and the university. Geographically, the area is located approximately 27 km east of Polokwane along the R71 road, which connects to Moria and Tzaneen.
