Kwaggafontein, officially known as Ekukhanyeni, is a town located in South Africa. It is situated along the Moloto Road (R573) within the Thembisile Hani Local Municipality of the Nkangala District Municipality in the Mpumalanga province.
The town was established in the late 1940s by the AmaNdebele tribe. The Ndebele people currently residing in the area migrated from nearby farms located in the modern-day Mpumalanga and Gauteng provinces, including areas such as Bronkhorstspruit, Delmas, and Balmoral.
