Daggakraal is a town located in the Gert Sibande District Municipality near Volksrust in the outskirts of the Mpumalanga province, South Africa. It is characterized as one of the country's most isolated and impoverished communities.
The town had approximately 1,450 households recorded in 2014. Despite containing significant unmined mineral resources, the area lacks means of production, and several state projects intended to uplift the local population have failed.
