Vanderbijlpark is an industrial city located in the southern region of the Gauteng province in South Africa. Situated along the banks of the Vaal River, the city serves as a significant hub for industry within the country.

The city has a population of approximately 95,000 inhabitants. It was named in honor of Hendrik van der Bijl, who was an industrialist and electrical engineer.
