Tlokoeng, formerly known as Mount Fletcher, is a town located in the Joe Gqabi District Municipality within the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It is situated approximately 69 kilometers north-north-east of Maclear.
The town is notable for being the birthplace of both Oscar Mpetha and Epainette Mbeki, who were involved in political activities.
