Mkuze

Mkuze, also known as Mkhuze or uMkhuze, is a small town situated in the Northern KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It serves as the administrative seat of the Umkhanyakude District Municipality.

The town is located approximately 350 km from Durban and lies along the N2 road, which provides a route toward Johannesburg, Eswatini, and Mozambique. Geographically, it is positioned between the Mkuze River and Intaba Yemikhovu. It is situated some distance from neighboring towns, including Jozini (25 km), Hluhluwe (50 km), Pongola (65 km), and Nongoma (76 km).
