Podujevë, also known as Besianë or Podujevo, is a city and municipality located in the Pristina District of Kosovo. It is situated within the historical and geographical region of Llap, which takes its name from the Llapi River that flows through the city.
The municipality is the largest in Kosovo by land area, covering 632.59 km² (244 sq mi). According to the 2024 census, Podujevë has a population of 70,975 inhabitants, ranking it as the seventh most populous city in the country following Peja and Gjakova.
