Zvečan, also known as Zveçan, is a town and municipality situated in the Mitrovica District of Kosovo. It serves as a local administrative center for its surrounding region.
The municipality covers a total area of 122 km² (47 sq mi) and includes both a central town and 35 villages. As of 2015, the population of Zvečan was recorded at 16,650 inhabitants.
