Kaçanik, also known as Kačanik, is a town and municipality situated in the Ferizaj District of southern Kosovo. The municipality encompasses an area of 220 km² (85 sq mi) and consists of one urban settlement—the town of Kaçanik itself—along with 30 rural settlements or villages.
According to the 2024 census, the urban population of Kaçanik, including the Bob, is approximately 10,000 people. The total population for the entire municipality is reported at 27,742 inhabitants.
