Poutasi is a village located on the southeast coast of Upolu island in Samoa. It serves as a residential community with a population of approximately 395 people.
Politically, the village is situated within the Falealili Electoral Constituency, which is part of the larger Atua district. The area suffered extensive damage during the 2009 Samoa earthquake and tsunami.
