Kolopopo is a village situated in the Mua District on the southwest coast of Wallis Island. It is part of the French island collectivity of Wallis and Futuna, located in the South Pacific. The region consists of 36 villages in total.
As of the 2018 census, Kolopopo had a population of 99 people. This demographic has seen a decline attributed to political tensions on the main island and a lack of local job opportunities. The official currency used in the area is the Comptoirs Français du Pacifique (CFP) Franc.
