Tây Hồ is an urban district located on the north side of central Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. The district covers a total area of 24.39 square kilometres and currently consists of eight wards.
The district is characterized by its location surrounding West Lake, which is one of the largest natural lakes in Vietnam. As of 2019, the population of the district was 160,495 people, resulting in a population density of approximately 6,600 inhabitants per square kilometer.
