Thới Bình is a former rural district located in the Cà Mau province within the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The district capital shares the same name as the administrative area.
Covering an area of 631 km2, the district had a population of 135,892 as of 2019. It is bordered by U Minh district to the west, Kiên Giang province to the north, Bạc Liêu province to the east and northeast, and Cà Mau to the south.
