Bạc Liêu is a city located in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. It served as the capital of the former Bạc Liêu Province and was previously known by the name Vĩnh Lợi.
The city is classified as a medium-sized town, with a recorded population of 156,110 as of 2019.
