Phú Lộc is a rural district located in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. It is situated within the province of Huế and serves as a significant administrative area in the region.
The district covers a total area of 728 km² (approximately 281 sq mi). As of 2003, it had a recorded population of 149,418 residents. The district capital is located at Phú Lộc.
