Mỹ Xuyên is a rural district located in the Sóc Trăng province within the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The district serves as a geographical subdivision of the province and covers a total area of 544 km2.
The administrative capital of the district is situated at Mỹ Xuyên. As of 2003, the district had a recorded population of 197,876 residents.
