Bình Minh is a former district-level town located in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. It was situated within Vĩnh Long province until administrative reorganizations were implemented.
The area was officially upgraded from a rural district to a town by the cabinet of Vietnam SR under Decree No 89/NQ-CP on December 28, 2012. Following a reorganization in 2025, parts of Bình Minh were integrated into the wards of Cái Vồn and Đông Thành within Vĩnh Long province.
