Vĩnh Hưng is a rural district located in the Long An province within the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The district covers a total area of 382 km² (147 sq mi).
The administrative capital of the district is situated in Vĩnh Hưng. As of 2003, the district recorded a population of 43,777 residents.
