Nghĩa Hành is a former rural district located in the Quảng Ngãi province of Vietnam's South Central Coast region. The district covers a total land area of 234 km² and was home to a population of 98,156 as of 2003.
The administrative capital of the district is situated at Chợ Chùa. Historically classified as a rural district (huyện), it serves as a geographical component of the province's coastal landscape.
