Thạch Hà is a rural district located in the Hà Tĩnh province within the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. The district covers a total area of 399 km2 (154 sq mi) and serves as a primary administrative division for the province.
The district capital is situated at Thạch Hà. As of 2003, the population of the district was recorded at 182,120 residents.
