Hồng Lĩnh is a town located in Hà Tĩnh Province within the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. It serves as the district capital for an area covering 58 km2 (22 sq mi). As of 2003, the town had a population of 35,102.

The town is situated near the Lam river and the 99 peaks of the Hồng Lĩnh mountains. It is positioned along the A1 Highway and is an area subject to flooding. In 2002, the town was scheduled for urban water supply, and it received priority status for investment in 2005.
