Tân Kỳ is a rural district located in the Nghệ An Province of Vietnam. It covers a total area of 726 km² (approximately 280 sq mi) and serves as a regional administrative division.
The district capital is situated within Tân Kỳ itself. As of 2003, the local population was recorded at 132,531 residents. The area is most notably recognized for containing a large circle on the Hồ Chi Minh trail.
